Fast and friendly! No long waits! We continually receive online
orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll be sent an email
verification within 24 hours after placing your order. In stock
orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Items
that are not in stock will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from order
date. In either case a confirmation will be emailed to you on
the day of shipping (allow 5-7 business days for delivery).
** Insurance and delivery confirmation are now being included
to guarantee delivery of products orders.
Method of Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL. All prices
are in US dollars. If you do not want to use your credit card
online from your home computer, you can get your order processed
by calling to speak to a customer service representative at 1-800-236-0493
or 1-204-231-3990 or by sending an e-mail to tachevacuum@mts.net.
Receiving your products
Please note that a signature is required for delivery to be completed.
This means that the package must be accepted and signed for by
someone at your delivery address. The following is our delivery
process:
- If you are unavailable when the courier makes the initial delivery,
a postcard will be left stating that they will try again the next
day between 9:00am and 5:00pm. You may also sign the card and
leave it in front of the door, indicating that you authorize the
courier to leave the package at the door without a signature.
- The courier will attempt another delivery. If you are still
unavailable and have not waived your signature by signing the
card, the courier will leave another postcard stating that they
have attempted delivery and that you may contact the courier to
re-direct the delivery to another location (e.g., your work address)
or pick up the package at the courier distribution center.
Product returns
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your
purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine
it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or
exchange your product back to Tache Vacuum Center's retail store.
Please fill out our Return qualification
form to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA). It will take approximately 2 business days before a RMA
number is issued to you.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without a RMA number
will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 10 days. Simply
return the product in the same condition as purchased - with all
manuals, accessories and the packing slip. Exchanges only on New
or Used Vacuums - NO REFUNDS.
Please
make sure you are ordering the correct bags, filters, accessories
or parts for your vacuum. We DO NOT process refunds on wrong orders
- only exchanges. And this DOES NOT include shipping. If you change
your mind after placing an order through PayPal or by phone or
email, and refuse your order or wish to cancel it, there is no
refund. Also, make sure you have the correct address for the courier
company. If your order is returned to us because you typed in
the wrong or insufficient address, you will be charged for the
re-shipping fee. Insurance and delivery confirmation are now being
included to guarantee delivery of products ordered.
Refunds
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 7 days of
its receipt and will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%. You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited
to the same card. Please note that we will only refund shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error.
Purchases by minors
Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal
age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you
must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
At Tache Vacuum Center Inc. we do our best to provide you with
the most reliable and up to date information. In the event that
an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel
an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction
and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you
are shipped an incorrect product, we will accept the unit back
and offer a full refund.
Warranty
New vacuums come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty
service, you can contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty
service station closest to you or call us for assistance. This
information is available either with the material shipped with
the product, or from the manufacturer directly. All merchandise
may be returned to our service center for repair if a warranty
service is not in your area. All used vacuums come with a 90 day
Tache Vacuum Warranty on parts and labor. In either case, you
will be responsible for shipping charges only.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not accept your shipment if the
package shows signs of damage. Returns must be shipped prepaid.
We accept phone-in orders by calling 1-800-236-0493. Hours for
phone lines are 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am to
3:30pm Saturday (Central time).
